FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
How does Reflexology work?
Reflexology works on the principle that there are reflexes on the ears, feet and hands which correspond to all organs, glands and parts of the body. By using the fingers and thumbs to stimulate these reflexes, balance is achieved, circulation is improved and the client is relaxed.
Is Reflexology ticklish?
No, not at all. Reflexologists use quite a firm pressure to support and work on your feet.
What's the difference between Reflexology and Massage?

Massage deals with touch all over the body with major emphasis on muscular, circulatory and lymphatic systems. Reflexology, by working on complete reflex maps on the feet, hands and outer ears, not only helps the muscular, circulatory and lymphatic systems, but also profoundly effects the inside of the body, such as everything
inside the head, inside the neck, inside the chest and inside the abdomen. In reflexology only footwear is removed with the client otherwise staying fully clothed. |
